Role Description
As an entry-level IT Field Engineer, (ITFE) you will receive immersive training for your professional career growth. We are seeking someone with an understanding of basic information technology and excellent business skills. This is a full-time hybrid IT Field Engineer (ITFE) role with flexibility for remote work. The ITFE will be responsible for network administration, supporting technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing information technology support while working in the field. Traveling to customer sites within the designated area is a requirement for the role.
Qualifications
Basic Knowledge in Information Technology (PC, Windows, Microsoft, Mobile Applications)
Open to actively acquiring knowledge about networking and emerging technologies.

Language Requirements
English: Business Level – Minimum C2 level

Salary and Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: 230,000 JPY/Mo.
- PTO/Annual leave eligibility after the probation period concludes.
